By all accounts, the media's biased attacks on Governor Sarah Palin have backfired. The result: Governor Sarah Palin is now a media sensation the likes of which haven't been seen in years. The Republican party is energized and even Democrats are rushing to Governor Palin's rescue.
The question is why is the press so biased? It isn't a new accusation but until now it was easy to over look. Is the media just trying to sell papers, drum up viewers or are they actually trying to influence the American public? Since when is it ok for the press to manufacture news? I am now beginning to understand why there are rules limiting the number of stations/ newspapers any one person can control in any one market. These rules have been relaxed in recent years. Now it seems that there is a good cause to reverse those changes.
